The Associated Press reported that the Pakistani military confirmed that the overnight raids against the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan fighters, known as “Khwarij,” occurred in the districts of Laki Marwat and Bannu in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, which borders Afghanistan.
